INTEGRITY MATTERS!! I took the wife’s Jag to Randy’s today for a brake job. I was sure it needed one because the brakes squeaked. Randy took the time to inspect the brakes and then, instead of doing a repair I didn’t need, Randy Shoemake and Crystal Shoemake took the time to explain how the high-performance pads I had on the car caused the brakes to squeak from time to time and that I didn’t need new brakes. They easily could’ve taken my money and I’d have never known. That’s the level of integrity they have and I’ll forever be a customer because of it.

He did a great job of towing us yesterday. We broke down on the side of the road in southern Oklahoma (110 degree heat), and towed us home to central Texas. He towed both a Ford F150 and a small travel trailer. Thanks for good service!

Absolutely great people. The definition of Texas hospitality. They did great work at a very reasonable price. I broke down headed back to California. They really went the extra mile to make sure we were taken care of and back on the road as soon as possible!!

Randy was amazing!! My daughter's car broke down while returning to college and luckily we found Randy's! They took their time diagnosing the problem and helping us get the car back and running. Randy was awesome! Super helpful, above and beyond! Our car died at the marina near Sanger and after we got towed to his place he used every resource he could to take care of our car and us! Thankful to him and his team! Would Definitely recommend!

3/10/2026 - 5 Stars - Once again, Randy’s came in clutch. I bought my son his first car and took it to Randy’s for some work. They got it in and out quickly and for a great price. Just another reason I only let the work on my vehicles.

9/9/2025 - Overdue recommendation. Randy’s is outstanding. I’ve taken the truck there many times. Honest, fair, knowledgeable, great service. Everything you want in a locally owned business! Show them some love next time you have vehicle troubles.
