INTEGRITY MATTERS!! I took the wife's Jag to Randy's today for a brake job. I was sure it needed one because the brakes squeaked. Randy took the time to inspect the brakes and then, instead of doing a repair I didn't need, Randy Shoemake and Crystal Shoemake took the time to explain how the high-performance pads I had on the car caused the brakes to squeak from time to time and that I didn't need new brakes. They easily could’ve taken my money and I'd have never known. That's the level of integrity they have and I'll forever be a customer because of it.

He did a great job of towing us yesterday. We broke down on the side of the road in southern Oklahoma (110 degree heat), and towed us home to central Texas. He towed both a Ford F150 and a small travel trailer. Thanks for good service!
